Town of Glenwood Ordinances
To ensure that residential yard/garage sales do not become a business, a permit is required. There is no fee for the permit but there could be a penalty for violations.
Requirements include:
- Up to four annual sales plus one during the Pioneer Engineers’ Club of Indiana annual reunion.
- Sales are limited to three (3) consecutive days and from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- All sale items must be removed from the location at the conclusion of the last sale day.
- All signs or other advertisement shall conform to state and county zoning laws.
Dog or Cat Issues
Glenwood does not have an animal shelter or a process for animal control. Please contact the applicable animal shelter for dog or cat issues.
